Want to send photos on WhatsApp in best quality, so change this setting now
Now users can also change the quality of the photo uploaded on WhatsApp. WhatsApp has added a dedicated photo upload quality section in the app's settings, so that users can save photos sent to their friends and other contacts in 'best quality'.

Apart from this, there is also a 'data saver' option, which simply means that it will not use much of your data and it is possible that it will send an edited photo. Low-quality photos won't use up a lot of your data to send to anyone.
Not only this, users will also get a third option called 'Auto'. It basically lets the app decide whether it should send high quality photos or send with a data saver option.
WhatsApp says 'best quality' photos are larger in size and take longer than usual to send. However, if people don't want to lose quality they can always choose to upload files to Google Drive to send high quality photos.
When your smartphone is running on Wifi, WhatsApp selects 'Best Quality' option for photos. If your device is on mobile data, the app automatically selects the 'Data Saver' option to save your mobile data.
