Aravalli, Mo.  : From 2030, 20309, Hon'ble Shri Jitubhai Waghani Saheb, Minister of Education, Gujarat State, Swarnim Sankul-1, Secretariat, Gandhinagar.  Primary Office Question - Zimne (Satishbhai Patel) General Secretary - 503 Title Hit  , Near Dijam Circle, Jamnagar Mo.  : 303, 4 dated 31/10/2071 Subject: - SPL given to education assistants.  Reference regarding clarification regarding 13 holidays: - (1) Director, letter of primary education No .: Prashini / G-2 / Banaskantha 7/1908 Dt.  Letter dated 1-1-2017 Hon'ble Sir, from the letter dated 20-10-2018 and dated 1-1-2018 of the Finance Department, it has been stated that 15 special leave will be given to each fixed salary employees during the year.  In this letter, it has been written that the fixed salary will be given to all the employees.  There is no mention in the original resolution that fixed paid employees on vacation will not get the benefit of this leave.  On the basis of these letters fixed pay academic assistants have been granted leave their recovery orders have been made which is not appropriate.  In the reference letter-1 of the Director of Primary Education, it has been shown that the leave can be sanctioned as per the leave received.  Holidays that are full of complexity are neither fun nor comfortable.  The leave received in respect of the manner in which the leave of the teacher has been deposited may be granted.  Teachers have also been given leave for vacation or other work.  Therefore, the Department of Education is requested to clarify the matter of 13 special holidays.  It is requested not to deduct or recover the leave of those who have earlier been granted leave by the DPO and not to take any action on the matter of recovery till clarification and S.P.L.  The request is to be informed that the deduction of the aggrieved teacher should not be treated as leave.  Yours faithfully (Digvijay Singh Jadeja) President copy sent: - Hon.
