Changes in Lokrakshak Recruitment Rules:

Zee News / Gandhinagar: There is an important news for students preparing for government jobs.  The government has changed its decision on PSI recruitment, and all candidates who have passed the physical test will be able to appear for the written test.  Now this decision of the state government will give an opportunity to more candidates to sit for the written test.  In the direct recruitment of PSI and Lokarakshak, now all the candidates who will pass in Physical will get to give written test.
Yes, ZEE campaigned all day today at 24 hours to find out why the system of calling candidates on merit basis is being implemented even among the candidates who have passed the physical test.  So this method will no longer apply.  Home Minister Harsh Sanghvi has made this announcement.  All the candidates who have passed the physical test will be able to appear for the written test.  Bhupendra Patel's government has taken note of the Zee 24 Hour campaign.  On this issue, many candidates on Zee 24 Hour were presenting that this rule should be removed.

 Hasmukh Patel tweeted

Changes in Lokrakshak Recruitment Rules: All candidates who have passed the physical test i.e. male running five kilometers in 25 minutes and women running 1600 meters in 9.5 minutes and passing the height-weight-chest standard will be given the opportunity of written test.

Minister of State for Home Harsh Sanghvi said that an important decision has been taken by the state government to make necessary amendments in the examination rules so that maximum number of candidates can participate in the written examination in the direct recruitment of Sub-Inspectors of Police and Lokarakshak cadres.

The State Government has abolished the merit merit provision of 15 times in Sub Inspector cadres and 08 times in Lokarakshak for positive consideration in the wider interest of the candidates.  Sanghvi further said that in the examination rules published by the Home Department on 04.01.2021, out of the candidates who have passed the first physical test for the sub-inspector, 15 times are meritorious candidates or the lesser of all the candidates who have passed and accordingly Lok Rakshak.  Therefore, representations were made to the government by a large number of candidates from the state to repeal the provision of 8 times meritorious candidates out of the candidates who passed the first physical test or those who were less than all the candidates who passed the written test in the next phase.

In this regard, all the candidates who have passed the physical test can take part in the written test by considering positively in the interest of the candidates by the state government and in view of the fact that no candidate who has passed the physical test will be deprived of this opportunity.  Has been published.

As a result of the new announcement of the State Government, the enthusiasm of the candidates for the direct recruitment of the next Sub-Inspector and Lokarakshak cadres will be maintained and this will enable the candidates to participate in the examinations enthusiastically.
