This land of India has been the land of saints.  On this day, Vaishak Shukla Paksha Panchami also had the appearance of two great souls on this land.  One was Adi Guru Shrimad Shankaracharya Ji Maharaj and the other was the great saint Surdas Baba Ji Maharaj.

Both of them have done great favors on this Bharatvarsha and paved the way for the salvation and welfare of this creature in their own way in their time.

Jagadguru Shankaracharya Swamiji was a worshiper of Nirguna form due to being knowledgeable, while Surdas Baba Ji was a worshiper of Saguna form because of being love loving.  One told the path to reach that Lord through the path of knowledge and one told the path to reach that Lord through the path of love.

One proclaimed "Shivaoham - Shivaoham", that is, I am the Brahman, and one accepted the refuge of that God with the feeling of "mero mind infinite where happiness is plentiful".  One said that I am nothing but Brahma, and the other said that I am nothing but Brahma.  One proclaimed that I am Brahman and the other requested that I am Brahman.

Lord Shankar made a voice to awaken the creature that -

Lord Shankar did Digvijay on the ground with his knowledge, tenacity and sacrifice, while Surdas Baba with his love, devotion and dedication.

If all the vacancies from 6 to 8 are shown as one pro-district fair camp, then from the year 2010, 6 to 8 teachers should be considered as consecutive establishments.  Those who, despite having vacancies in their subject, could not get taluka fair or one-sided district transfer, are likely to get benefits this year by considering them as a separate establishment, against the retirement of 1 to 5 per annum against retirement on 31/05 and 31/10.  May be included but the teachers of 6th to 8th years who have been waiting for the homeland for years will get the benefit of family and homeland and finally in the year 2019 (by reducing the vacancies as on 31/08/2017 and 31/08/2018) the vacancies of 1/06/2017  The position is not done after a pro-district has been done.

 Now the financial year is coming to an end in just a few days.  So many rules will change from April 1st.  One of which is linked to your celery.  Let us know.

 The government will implement the new wage law i.e. the new wage code from April 1

 In fact the new pay law i.e. the new pay code will be implemented by the government from 1st April.  After this rule you can increase your tech home salary by reducing your taxes.  Let us know what the new wage law is and how you can avail it.

 

 Under the government's new wage law, the basic salary should be 50 per cent of your monthly salary.  Basic salary includes basic salary, dearness allowance and retaining allowance.  Your basic salary is calculated by adding these three things.

 What is the old rule

 Suppose your total annual income i.e. CTC is Rs. 18 lakhs.  Under the current rule, the basic salary is 32% of CTC.  In this way, the share of basic salary in your monthly CTC should be Rs 48,000.  While 50 per cent i.e. HRA of Rs 24000 and after this 10 per cent i.e. Rs 4800 NPS, 12 per cent will be Rs 5760 in Provident Fund.  Thus, in a CTC of Rs 1.50 lakh, your monthly salary becomes Rs 82,560 and the remaining Rs 67,440 goes to other things.

 This will benefit from the new structure

 Now that the new pay code has been implemented from April 1, you can change the structure of your salary.  Under the new law, salary will be adjusted in PF, graduation, inflation allowance, travel allowance and house rent allowance.  Basic CTC being 50 per cent means that the allowances will not exceed 50 per cent, similarly changes in PF and other allowances will also reduce the tax burden.  The effect of which will be seen on your take home celery.

 In fact every aspect was examined before the new wage code was implemented in the cabinet.  In particular, after examining all the 196 allowances, the Cabinet has decided to retain 37 per cent and exclude 51 of them so as to reduce the burden on the employed and give them more benefits.  Graduation is available only after working for 5 consecutive years in a company but under the new law, employees will be entitled to gratuity only after working for 1 year.

 New Delhi: Lakhs of government employees of the country are going to benefit tremendously next month.  Along with his dearness allowance, salary is also going to increase.  In fact, from January to July 2020 and from July to December 2020, the central government employees have not received dearness allowance of 7 percent due to Corona virus.  Now dearness allowance will be announced from January to July 2021, which can be around 4 percent.

 As soon as the government increases the dearness allowance, it will have an impact on the salary of the employees.  According to the rules, PF and gratuity are deducted according to the basic salary.  At the same time, in the new wage code, the original salary in CTC should not be less than 50 percent.  Pensioners will also benefit from increased DA.  After the increase in DA, the pensioner will get a pension of up to Rs. 16,000 instead of 10 thousand rupees every month.  The new labor law may come into force with the start of the new financial year.  The central government can implement it from 1 April.

        (2) The transfer of the teacher of the primary section to the primary section and the transfer of the teacher of the upper primary section to the upper primary section can be done only if the place of their subject (Mathematics - Science, Language and Social Science) is vacant. 

            (3) At the time of public transfer camp, the list of primary schools / vacancies as per the above mentioned department and subject wise schools / vacancies for upper primary department should be displayed on the board.  Any primary teacher who has the required qualification of upper primary teacher but has not been appointed in the upper primary section or has not been included in the upper primary section cannot be transferred to the upper primary section.

           The transfer camps of the four sections mentioned in Rule- (3) should not be held on the same date, at the same time and at the same place.  If the transfer camp is to be held on the same date and at the same place, the transfer camp will have to be held at different times or at different places in the same campus.  

          (10) Priority order: - i) Widow, disabled, teacher couple and member of Valmiki community should be given priority in case of all kinds of transfers.  The order of this priority will be according to (1) widow (2) disabled (3) teacher couple and (3) member of Valmiki society and priority will have to be given according to that order.  Even if he has taken advantage in the internal transfer of the district, he can take advantage of the priority in the district transfer and even if he has taken advantage in the district transfer, he can take advantage of the priority in the internal transfer of the district.  Who will be able to take advantage of the priority only once throughout the job. 

                This should be noted in the service book of the concerned teacher and in the service book of both husband and wife in case of taking advantage of the priority of the teacher couple.  (ii) In case of spouses, the demand of the non-beneficiary can be exchanged as per the general rule of transfer. 

            (iii) In the recruitment of education assistant, the teacher / education assistant who has taken advantage of the priority in place selection will not be able to get the benefit of priority.  The teacher who has taken advantage of the educational priority should be noted in their service book.  And they won’t be able to demand a replacement for at least three years.
