Learning Issues are measurable achievements that the learner will be suitable to understand after the literacy is complete, which helps learners understand the significance of the information and what they will gain from their engagement with the literacy exertion. 

Creating clear, practicable literacy issues is an important part of the creation of training programs in associations. When developing these programs, both operation and preceptors need to be clear about what learners should understand after completing their literacy path. 

Learning issues also play a crucial part in assessment and evaluation, making clear what knowledge learners should have upon completion of the literacy exertion.
