Order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court regarding the firing of fireworks in public during festivals

 Subject: Order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court regarding the firing of fireworks in public during festivals and the matter of banning the import of fireworks from abroad.  Mr., regarding the above subject, to state that, as per the order made in the writ petition (civil) No. 3/2017 before the Supreme Court, name, Circular dated 08/11/2018 of the Home Department: V / 2 / ESA / 12/2015 / GOI  Necessary instructions have been issued to light firecrackers during Diwali and other festivals as well as Christmas and New Year festivals from -118 (copy included).  According to which restraining orders are issued by the concerned District Magistrate / Commissioner of Police under Section 14 of the CRPC  As per the circular, which is currently being implemented, it is requested to take action during Diwali and other festivals as well as Christmas and New Year festivals.  
       Pursuant to which the District Magistrate / Commissioner of Police immediately issued the necessary restraining orders under section 13 of the CRPC and a copy of the same was sent to the Home Department by e-mail (Address: so-sb2-home@gujarat.gov.in).  Please send.  3.  Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Government of India on taking action against illegal import, storage and sale of fireworks.  A.S. Letter No .: 50/13/2014 - Copy of CI (Pty / 4807) of 15/10/2070 is attached herewith. It is requested to take necessary action immediately in this regard. Yours faithfully, (K. K.
