Circular About Reopening About 9 to 12 School in Gujarat

Covid-190 Matter of resumption of schools after Diwali vacation in secondary and higher secondary schools under the situation arising out of the epidemic.  For sale: (1) Order No. 40-3 / 2020 of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India - DM - 1 (a) dated 31) Guidelines issued from September, 2020.  (2) Respectfully on 10 1 1/2018.  The Government of India has issued guidelines under the Disaster Management Act, 2005 for the resumption of what was closed following the lockdown for control of COVID-19 in the country, as per the guidelines of cum (1) taken in the introductory reading of the meeting chaired by the Chief Minister.  Accordingly, in the activities sanctioned outside the containment zone, after October 15, 2020, it is suggested that schools and coaching institutes should be re-opened gradually, for which the State Union Territory Government in consultation with the concerned school / institution administrators, based on assessment of situation and reading.  As per the order taken (2), dt.  Respected on 10/11/2050.  In the meeting held under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister, the matter of resumption of direct education work in the classroom after Diwali vacation in Std-9 to Std-12 schools was under the consideration of the Government.  Karave: At the end of adult consideration, it is decided to resume direct education work in all secondary and higher secondary schools of the state from 9/11/2050.  Academic-non-academic staff and students of all government / private secondary and higher secondary schools of all the boards in the state will have to strictly follow the following instructions.  (1) Offline (physically) educational work will be resumed for all government / independent secondary and higher secondary school students from 9/11/2050.  It is voluntary for the student to attend the academic work offline (physically) and for that the concerned institution.
          A written consent form must be obtained from the student's parents in the form attached herewith.  For those students who do not join the class, ONLINE study will have to be arranged by the schools as well as Vande Gujarat Channel and Doordarshan D.D.  Students should be encouraged to watch educational programs broadcast from Girnar.  (3) Students of Std-10 and Std-1 will have to be called by the school on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of the week.  While on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday the students of Std-9 and Std-11 will have to be called to the school.  (3) Schools shall arrange the number of classes keeping in view the number of students and the need and complexity of the subject.  In order to maintain the social distance between the two students as per the SOP / guidelines of the Government of India, seating arrangements have to be made.  In addition, the principal of the school will be able to decide what kind of arrangements should be made for which subject / curriculum.  (3) Face mask will be mandatory for students, teachers and all other employees.  And through continuous monitoring, any infected / symptomatic student / teacher will have to take care of his / her admission in the school premises by the concerned authorities.  (2) No student or staff member living in the Contentment Zone or any person infected with Corona in the family may be present in the school, the school may not be opened if there is a school in the Contentment Zone area.  (2) S.O.P. issued by the Government of India.  Gujarat Educational Research and Training Council (GCERT) and District Education and Training Bhavan (DIET) will be responsible for capacity building of all concerned such as principals, teachers, parents, students, SMC members etc.  (2) All these proceedings are in accordance with the S.O. issued by the Government of India.  This should be done following the guidelines of P / Guide.  (Available online at All the above guidelines have to be followed by the concerned district administration and the school principal / administrator at the discretion of the students considering the local situation.  By order of the Governor of Gujarat and in his name June (BP Manpara) Deputy Secretary, Education Department Enclosure: 1.
